What if my flight or train is delayed?
We track your arrival and adjust the pick-up time. Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name.
How many people and how much luggage can you carry?
Our Mercedes van seats up to 7 passengers with their luggage. For a group with a lot of suitcases, please mention it in your request.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, baby seats and booster seats are provided free of charge on request. Please give the children’s ages when booking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
