Eden VTC is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
2. Data collected
When you request a quote or book a journey, we may collect: name, phone number, email address, pick-up and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, flight or train number and any information you choose to share with us.
The website form does not store any data: it prepares a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp or email.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your quote requests and organising your journeys (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract).
- Issuing invoices and meeting our accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
- Measuring website audience in order to improve it (consent for cookies).
4. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Eden VTC. It is never sold or transferred to third parties, free of charge or for payment. It may pass through the services used to contact us (telephone operator, WhatsApp, email provider).
5. Retention period
Data relating to a quote request that does not lead to a booking is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Invoices are kept for 10 years, in accordance with accounting obligations.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to elvistrufia@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
7. Cookies
By continuing to browse this site, you accept the use of cookies to measure our site’s audience.
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. It does not identify you personally but records information about your browsing (pages viewed, length of visit, type of device). These anonymous statistics help us improve the website.
